Production flow is from multiple rollers of sheet material through in feeding roller, holes punching, ultrasonic dot sealing, hot stamping to cutting off, it is a fully automatic production. The machine uses servo motor to drive feeding, digital computing unit for length control to ensure the size to be accurate. The principle feature for the machine is save manpower resources and also to simplify producing flow. Each unwinder uses edge position controller so the products can be neat.
