Main configuration:

1) this unit designed specially for make all kinds of data pockets, it is two-line production, It may be completed on production line from material in feeding to finished product which will save labour cost and increase prodction capacity,

2) Sheet protector machine adopts Yaskawa servo motor for fixed length, special cutter and sealer to do synchronous aciton to ensure the size of the data bag be uniform, the sealing line be neat and elegant,

3) This units uses all kinds of controls and monitor systems. it is automatic stopping when lack of material and to protect the machine when working.

4) The sealing equipment adopts the special designed silica gel strip to make the bags in different specification and types, the purpose of application covers a wide range.

5) there are two kinds of machine:

a) model C adopts PLC as main control and a single servo motor.

b) model D adopts MIC motion integrate controller with double servos, the two-line is separate so you can stop one and then one running.
